Good Nature Organic Supply is committed to delivering your organic lawn care products and gardening supplies safely and efficiently. This shipping policy outlines our delivery methods, timeframes, and costs.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer several shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): Available for most products
• Express Shipping (2-4 business days): Available for select items

Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method

Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. 

Local delivery and pickup options may be available in select metro areas - check at checkout for availability in your zip code.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website or your order confirmation page.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to:
- Size or weight limitations (robotic lawn mowers, bulk fertilizer)
- Hazardous material regulations (certain pest control or soil amendment products)
- State or local regulations
- Carrier restrictions
- Seasonal shipping limitations for live seeds or temperature-sensitive products

Any restrictions will be noted on the product page and at checkout.

LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS
Items such as robotic lawn mowers or bulk fertilizer bags may require freight shipping. Delivery timeframes and costs for these items will be clearly displayed at checkout. Signature may be required upon delivery.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

For damaged products, please:
1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
2. Contact us immediately
3. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping.
