Directions

Preparation

  • Remove debris, and loosen existing soil in bare spots with a rake, or garden weasel.

Seed Application

  • Apply grass seed evenly over the loosened soil of your bare spots. Lightly work the grass seed into the top quarter inch of soil, ensuring good seed-to-soil contact.

Watering Guidelines

  • For best results, water the seeded area lightly each day to keep the ground consistently moist. Once you see the new seed germinate, you can water a little heavier each day, but reduce your watering frequency to every other day.
    When the grass is tall enough to be mowed (three to four inches tall), you can switch to watering once per week.
